Trunk or Treat at Harrison County Fairgrounds

If you’re looking for a safe and fun place to trick or treat tonight, the Harrison County Fairgrounds is the place to be.
Trunk or Treat will begin tonight at 6 p.m. and last until 9 p.m. There will be a haunted house, costume contest and a viewing of “Casper the Friendly Ghost.” Admission is free.
