Mississippi Power Website Instructions

Mississippi Power customers are encouraged to ask questions regarding the increase of costs for their services.
The Mississippi Public Service Commission is providing an online forum as a way for the public to seek information about the new power plant and to ask questions about the $6.7 billion cost.
To log into the website, visit www.psc.state.ms.us/kemper/kemperdiscovery.aspx. Click the box to certify you are a Mississippi Power customer. Fill in your information and confirm.
You will receive a series of emails from Mississippi Power and within a few days you will receive a login and password. After registration you will be able to see other people’s questions asked in a file ending in 0161.
