Anti-Bullying Week

Anti-Bullying Week continues throughout local school districts. Today, students at North Bay Elementary teamed up for a life-long commitment.
Administrators paired older students with younger students to implement a bully free buddy system. All grade levels took a pledge to speak up, reach out, and be a friend when it comes to bullying.
Girls painted their buddy’s pinky nail blue as a reminder to stomp out any signs of bullying. Boy students showed off their anti-bullying pride by giving each other temporary tattoos.
In addition to bullying, students also learned the importance of staying drug free.
