Development At The Old Walmart

The old Wal-Mart building on the corner of Pass Road and Popps Ferry could see new tenants as early as next year.
The city of Biloxi is still working with Southern Mississippi Planning and Development to help bring in a new tenant.
The property has been vacant for four years, since the Wal-Mart moved to a new location, and the city is offering a reimbursement of a portion of the sales tax to any business that moves into the location.
