Seminoles Take Down Rebels 45-34

After ending their season with a Sugar Bowl victory, the 11th ranked Ole Miss Rebels were looking to start their 2016 campaign with a win over the number 4 ranked Florida State Seminoles.
In the second quarter, Rebels up 7-3, Chad Kelly finds DK Metcalf for a three yard score. Later in the second, same score. Kelly feels some pressure and delivers to Evan Engram for a 21 yard touchdown, 21-3 now.
Just before the half a 16 yard pass from FSU quarterback Deondre Francois finds Travis Rudolph for the td, cutting the score to 28-13. That would spark a Seminole run of 34 unanswered points, including a 24 point third quarter.
A 20 yard touchdown from Chad Kelly to Van Jefferson would cut the Noles lead to five, but the Rebels would still fall 45-34.
The Rebels dropped eight spots in the Associated Press poll coming in at 19th in the country.
