Juvenile charged with armed robbery
Two Moss Point juveniles are behind bars after police say one robbed a man at gunpoint.
Sheriff Mike Ezell says the victim was walking on Jeffrey Street when 17-year-old Azavier Baker asked to use his phone. When the victim went to hand him his phone, Baker pulled a gun and demanded his wallet.
Baker was later arrested at a nearby apartment complex. He is being charged as an adult with armed robbery.
The second suspect was also involved and was taken to Jackson County Youth Court.
