Arrested for burglary of an automobile

Just after six this morning, 67-year-old Ninh Nguyen of Biloxi was arrested for burglary of an automobile in the 100 block of Cadet Street.
Nguyen approached an off duty law enforcement detective and displayed a picture on a cellphone which led her to believe the phone did not belong to him. Moments later, a victim in the area reported that her phone had been stolen from her car.
She provided a description of the phone matching the one Nguyen had in his possession. Nguyen was taken into custody without incident and charged with burglary of an automobile. He was given a $10,000 bond and later transported to the Harrison County Jail.
