Looking cloudy and a little cooler

Meteorologist Sam Lucey has a look at the week ahead

Tonight is looking partly to mostly cloudy and mild, with temperatures dropping into the upper 60s.

Tuesday stays mostly cloudy, with a chance of scattered showers and thunderstorms throughout the afternoon. Highs will reach the upper 70s, with a southeast breeze around 10 to 15 mph. A few showers could linger Tuesday night, although rain chances will gradually decrease.

Wednesday brings another chance of isolated showers, mainly during the late morning and early afternoon. Otherwise, expect a mix of clouds and sunshine with highs in the upper 70s. Drier air filters in Wednesday night, and temperatures will begin to fall.

Thursday and Friday should stay dry with a mix of sunshine and a few clouds, with highs staying in the upper 70s.

By Saturday, highs will be in the mid 70s, with overnight temperatures falling into the upper 40s, then Sunday and Monday look a bit cooler, with highs in the low 70s and overnight lows dipping into the mid 40s.
