Classic cars shine at Cruisin’ the Coast Car Corral at Treasure Bay

BILOXI, Miss. (WXXV)- Cruisers at the Car Corral near Treasure Bay soaked up the sunny conditions and checked out the classic rides for purchase over there.

Located along Highway 90 between Treasure Bay Casino and Aztecas Mexican Restaurant, the car corral serves as a parking lot where cruisers can show off and sell their classic cars.

However, with Isaias threatening the Gulf this weekend, there are questions about how the weather could impact the rest of Cruisin’ the Coast. Cruiser Bruce Crawford said, “I’d hate to see this thing cancel, but lives might be at stake. I got my car, I’m good. I’m trying to enjoy the beautiful weekend and get back to Texas.”

Cruisin’ the Coast event staff Joy McCloud said, “So as of right now we do not plan to postpone, but when we get word from the main guys then we will notify everyone. As of right now, we’ll be out here monitoring the lot.”
