Three arrested in fentanyl bust Thursday in Harrison County

GULFPORT, Miss. (WXXV)- Three Gulfport men are behind bars after a fentanyl bust this week in Harrison County.
Narcotics Investigators have labeled 39-year-old William Harris, 33-year-old P’Trance Fields, and 37-year-old Marcus Price as suspected mid-level fentanyl distributors.
Deputies tried to pull the men over Thursday in Pass Christian, leading to a vehicle and foot chase in the city.
All three were eventually taken into custody.
Investigators say they seized more than 250 grams of fentanyl, along with cash believed to be connected to drug distribution.
All three men are now charged with trafficking fentanyl and are being held without bond pending their initial court appearances.
The DEA and Department of Homeland Security are assisting in this investigation.
