Mississippi Election 2026: Voter registration deadline approaching Oct. 5

Mississippians not registered to vote now have one week left to register to vote in the November general election.

The voter registration deadline is Monday, October 5.

You can register in person at the circuit clerk’s office or mail in an application postmarked by that date.

Prospective voters can also visit yallvote.ms to check your registration status, update their information, or download an application.

For those already registered, in-person and mail-in absentee voting is now underway.

Election Day is Tuesday, November 3.
