Mississippi returns to the Rose Parade

Mississippi is heading back to the Rose Parade. This time, it’s bringing a taste of southern hospitality.

Visit Mississippi has unveiled its float for the 2027 Rose Parade, celebrating the state’s food, music, culture, and unmistakable spirit of the Magnolia State.

The float, called ‘Where Hospitality is always on the Menu’ will feature a magnolia tree, a lighthouse, and other elements inspired by Mississippi’s landscapes and culinary heritage.

The float will make its appearance January 1 in Pasadena, California, marking Mississippi’s third consecutive year participating in the Rose Parade.
