Pass Christian firefighters aid Amtrak passenger during medical emergency

PASS CHRISTIAN, Miss. (WXXV)- The Pass Christian Fire Department helped provide aid during a medical emergency on Amtrak Tuesday.

After Amtrak called the department, firefighters were waiting at Espy Avenue when the train arrived.

The patient was safely assisted from the train and transferred to Acadian Ambulance for support.

The department says this was simply another call and another person needing help.

Fire crew added whether you live, work, visit, or are passing through Pass Christian on train, the department is happy to help when needed.
