Students visit the D’Iberville Police Department

D’IBERVILLE, Miss. (WXXV)- The D’Iberville Police Department recently welcomed students from D’Iberville High School to the station.

As part of the career exploration curriculum, students came to the department to learn about the law, public safety, corrections, and security career cluster.

During the visit, students interacted with officers and learned about the different skills, training, and dedication required to serve the community.

Students even had the chance to meet and talk with Police Chief Marty Griffin.

The department saying they enjoy spending time with students and giving them a look at what it means to work in public safety.
