Mayor Gilich discusses new budget for the City of Biloxi

BILOXI, Miss. (WXXV)- The Biloxi City Council and Mayor FoFo Gilich are putting the finishing touches on a budget for the new fiscal year.

The budget includes across the board cuts for city departments and a one mill ad valorum tax increase for residents.

Biloxi is scrambling to balance revenue with expenses.
