A lot of people are talking about cameras used by law enforcement to read license plates.

Flock cameras have been in the news. Flock is just a brand name. There are other manufacturers of license plate reading or LPR systems.

Police agencies around the country and here on the Coast use the technology. Some people are concerned about too much surveillance and privacy rights being violated.
