Port Pascagoula names new port director

PASCAGOULA, Miss. (WXXV)- Port Pascagoula has a new leader.

The Jackson County Port Authority has named Charles Tillotson as port director. Tillotson’s appointment received approval this week from the Jackson County Board of Supervisors.

Tillotson brings more than 30 years of experience in maritime operations, logistics, and port development to the role. He most recently served as CEO of Louisiana Gateway Port from 2022 to January 2026.

The Navy veteran will begin his new role Monday.
