Singing River Health System Blood drives continue this week

Singing River Health System is hosting a series of blood drives this week, in partnership with the Blood Center.

The drives are taking place at Singing River hospitals in Gulfport and Pascagoula as healthcare providers continue to address the nationwide blood shortages.

Donations stay local, helping provide blood products for surgeries, trauma care, cancer treatment, and other critical medial needs.

All donors will receive a free t-shirt featuring a limited time design by New Orleans artist Terrance Osborne, while supplies last.

The next drive is Thursday in Gulfport and Friday in Pascagoula. Both run from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.
