After rescue, Bayou Bernard Marsh Dog Marsha recovering and seeking forever home
GULFPORT, Miss. (WXXV)- The Humane Society is sharing an update when it comes to Marsha, also known as the Bayou Bernard Marsh Dog.
Marsha was stuck in the Bayou Bernard area of Gulfport. The HSSM team worked to rescue her.
Tuesday night, the clinic team provided her with fluids, a medical evaluation, and lots of TLC after her journey. She even tested negative for heart worms.
Aside from skin issues that are being treated, Marsha is doing great.
She is estimated to be around 11-years-old and will be available for adopting from the Humane Society starting next week.
