First responders review safety procedures at new Stone High campus

STONE COUNTY, Miss. (WXXV)- First responders gathered at the new Stone High School Tuesday.

The Stone County Sheriff’s Office as well as the Wiggins police and fire departments are working to make sure the campus is ready from day one.

Representatives met to review safety procedures and emergency response plans.

The Stone County School District says strong schools are built on strong partnerships, adding they are grateful for the dedication to keep students and staff safe.

They end by saying the safety of the Tomcats will always remain a top priority.
