School is out and Vacation Bible School is in for many schools along the Coast.
St. Alphonsus Church kicked off their Cool Kingdom Party Catholic Kids Camp today. The kids will learn the importance of making Jesus king of their lives all through faith lessons, catchy music, exciting games, skits and more.
As part of this year’s theme, kids get to discover how Mary said yes to being Jesus’ mother.
It’s not just for St. Alphonsus students, kids from multiple area schools and denominations were able to join in.
Attendee Eli Lewis said, “We’re doing crafts and learning about Mary and we’re just having a lot of fun.”

Attendee Ryan Bishop said, “I was excited about learning about God and doing the arts and crafts and snack stations and all the games and really fun things to do here.”
