Seven-year-old battling cancer receives good news

Great news for one Coast girl battling a rare brain tumor: her family tells News 25 the middle of her tumor is dead.
In a Facebook post, the seven-year-old’s mother, Angel, says that Sophia is not cured yet, but the middle of the tumor is dead. She says Sophia will continue daily chemotherapy to fight the part of the tumor that is still alive and the family is continuing to ask the community for prayers.
