K9 Trace receives donation of body armor

Attorney General Lynn Fitch announces K9 Officer Trace has received a bullet and stab protective vest.

This vest comes from the nonprofit ‘Vested Interest in K9s.’

K9 Trace serves as an electronic storage detection K9, helping retrieve digital evidence, victim support, and assisting investigators in protecting communities. Her skills include locating exactly where electronic devices may be hidden.

Attorney General Fitch says this donation allows Trace to perform her duties with effectiveness in high-risk situations.
