Man charged in drug, weapons bust in Wiggins

WIGGINS, Miss. (WXXV)- A Wiggins man is facing drugs and weapons charges after a traffic stop earlier this month.

Police say the stop happened on July 9 on East Border Avenue.

After a search of Curtis Myers’ car, police discovered nearly two pounds of marijuana and a loaded 40 caliber pistol.

Myers is now charged with felony possession of a controlled substance and possession of a weapon by a convicted felon.
