Keesler Federal Credit Union ranked top credit union in Mississippi by Forbes
For the eighth time, Keesler Federal Credit Union has earned national recognition as one of the best credit unions in the country.
This year, Forbes ranked Keesler Federal the number one credit union in Mississippi on its list of America’s best in state credit unions.
Keesler Federal Credit Union is celebrating another major achievement after being ranked top credit union in Mississippi by Forbes.
The recognition comes as the credit union continues to focus on member service, community involvement, and finding ways to give back to the people it serves.
For Keesler Federal, one factor that helps set it apart is its customer support model. Unlike many financial institutions that rely heavily on automated systems, members who call Keesler Federal can connect with real people in its call center who are available to assist with their banking needs. Chief Operations Officer Joshua Brown said, “We’re incredibly honored by this award but this award is more than just about Keesler Federal Credit Union, it’s about the trust our members put into our employees every single day. The recognition comes as Keesler Federal is also launching another way to thank its members. The credit union is bringing back its ‘live your way’ debt eraser giveback, a program designed to help ease financial burdens for members.
The program will award selected members with up to six months of car payments, worth as much as three thousand dollars. “This is our second iteration of this million-dollar give-away and we’re giving away these million dollars to members, who does that? And this time this is going to be targeted towards auto loans and over 300 members are going to get $3,000 towards their auto loans. This is an incredible recognition and this is about the trust that our members have put into our institution for many years and our employees truly deserves this recognition. They are committed to helping our members and provide them with an extraordinary service and that’s what we look for. We want to make that difference every day in helping members reach that financial success.”
