Bust in Pearl River County leads to arrests after months-long investigation

PEARL RIVER COUNTY, Miss. (WXXV)- The Pearl River County Sheriff’s Department finished an investigation with help from the St. Tammany Parish Sheriff’s Office.

Jeremy Schwartz was being investigated for allegedly selling marijuana throughout the parish and county.

He was arrested on June 26, a search warrant was obtained and Pearl River County deputies found two people at Schwartz’s home. Those were Blake Goode and Breanne Mitchell of Carrier.

Deputies found almost 15 pounds of marijuana, guns, and cash.

Goode and Mitchell were taken into custody and brought to the Pearl River County Criminal Justice Center.
