Law enforcement participating in ‘Driver Sober or Get Pulled Over’ campaign

The D’Iberville Police Department is reminding drivers the ‘Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over’ campaign is underway.

The campaign began on Monday and runs until Sunday.

The D’Iberville Police are joining other state and local law enforcement agencies to help save lives by enforcing DUI laws around the clock.

Additional officers will be patrolling roadways during the Fourth of July holiday.

Drivers are reminded to make a plan if they intend to drink alcohol. A designated driver, taxi, or rideshare app should be used instead.
