Suspect arrested in Thursday morning Long Beach shooting
Long Beach, Miss. (WXXV)- Long Beach Police Chief Billy Seal announces the arrest of Hallis Russ Jr.
Russ is charged with one count of murder from a shooting Thursday morning.
Neville Conner was killed Thursday in Long Beach.
Russ was located and taken into custody at an address near Pat Eubanks Road in George County.
Russ was transported to the Harrison County Adult Detention Center and is being held on a $1 million bond.
