Biloxi Man Sentenced to 10 Years in Child Pornography Case

Biloxi native Ruben Ralph-James Masters has been sentenced to 10 years in prison for possession of child pornography and 25 years for production of child pornography. Those sentences will run concurrently.
Masters was also ordered to pay a fine of $10,000 for restitution.
The 43-year-old entered a guilty plea in September of 2015 after evidence revealed he knowingly possessed one or more images of child pornography while also producing videos of minors engaging in sexually explicit conduct.
