Squadron transition takes place for one unit at Keesler Air Force Base

KEESLER AIR FORCE BASE (WXXV)- There’s a new chapter for one squadron on Keesler Air Force Base.

The 85^th Engineering Installation Squadron has transitioned from the 38^th Cyberspace Engineering and Installation Group to the 5^th Combat Communications Group.

Keesler says the transition took place so the squadron can align its mission with a team focused on delivering communication capabilities where needed.
