Over 4,000 COVID-19 cases reported in Mississippi today

The Mississippi State Department of Health is reporting 4,041 new cases of COVID-19 in Mississippi along with 65 new deaths.

The total number of COVID-19 cases in the state is now at 427,640 with 8,279 deaths.

In terms of outbreaks in long term care facilities, the state is currently reporting 170 within facilities in Mississippi.
