MGCCC hire news athletic director

Mississippi Gulf Coast closed its search on finding a new athletic director by hiring Steven Campbell Jr. to fill the vacancy.
He returns to Perk as a longtime member of the Bulldog family, having played football for two years at MGCCC. Campbell’s father was also the head football coach for eight years and he later followed his old man to be an assistant at Central Arkansas.
Most recently he was on the staff at Virginia Tech, serving as the special team’s quality control assistance in 2016.
