City of Long Beach begins project to transform city hall green space

LONG BEACH, Miss. (WXXV)- The City of Long Beach has started a new beautification project in the heart of downtown.

City leaders yesterday sharing this update on the string light project next to city hall.

Works crews are currently preparing to install the poles that will support the lights.

The goal is to create another space for photos, walks, and community events along Jeff Davis Avenue.
