Capital Murder Suspect Arrested

The Gulfport Police Department arrested D’Juan Holloway, of Gulfport, on the charge of capital murder.
Holloway allegedly shot and killed Raymond Howse the Third on January 10th at M&S Food Mart on Pass Road.
Two days after the shooting, Holloway was involved in a vehicle pursuit with the New Mexico State police and other law enforcement agencies. The pursuit resulted in an officer involved shooting.
Holloway was then taken into custody. The circumstances surrounding the incident are being investigated by the New Mexico State Police Investigations Bureau.
On May 28th, 2016 Holloway was extradited from New Mexico to the Harrison County Adult Detention Facility. Upon his arrival, the Gulfport Police Department detective served Holloway with an arrest warrant. He was held with no bond.
