Historic Saenger Theatre reopens in Biloxi after renovations
BILOXI, Miss. (WXXV)-The Saenger Theatre in Biloxi was built in 1929. The historic venue is about to enjoy a new chapter in its life.
After a long series of repairs and renovations, a new management group, Encore Saenger, is booking events at the theatre with the debut show of ‘Homecoming,’ Saturday, June 6.
‘Homecoming’ starts at 7 p.m. Saturday night. Two hours before that, at 5, the city will hold an official ribbon cutting to mark the grand reopening.
