Jackson County deputies searching for suspect after stolen vehicle stop ends in foot chase
JACKSON COUNTY, Miss. (WXXV)- Jackson County Sheriff’s Deputies continue to search for a man that ran from deputies during a traffic stop Friday.
Warrants have been issued for 27-year-old Andrew Herbert of Vancleave for receiving stolen property and felony fleeing.
Investigators say Herbert ran into an area on Old Fort Bayou Road around 10 a.m. after deputies attempted to make a traffic stop on a stolen vehicle he was driving.
Herbert was wearing a white t-shirt, jeans, and no shoes at the time.
