Road closure scheduled for 3rd Street in Gulfport
GULFPORT, Miss. (WXXV)- A closure on 3rd Street between Thornton Avenue and 18th Avenue continues this week.
This closure runs through Thursday between the hours of 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day.
The Southern Electric Company will be working on transmission line replacements.
Thornton Avenue, 2nd Street, and 18th Avenue will be the detour routes.
Any residents within the work zone will always be allowed to access their homes during this time.
