D’Iberville Sports Store Honoring the Fallen

One sports store asked the community to lend a helping hand this Memorial Day.
Sports Shack in D’Iberville offered roses to families who wanted to honor their loved ones who died serving our country. The local business encouraged customers to place the flowers on headstones over the weekend.
Sports Shack, located off Lamey Bridge Road, ordered a total of 250 roses. All of this was done through the Memorial Day Flowers Foundation. For every 250 flowers purchased, the foundation places the same amount on graves in Arlington National Cemetery.
