Community gathers for Memorial Day Ceremony at Biloxi National Cemetery

BILOXI, Miss. (WXXV)- Despite the rainy conditions, a large group of South Mississippians gathered Sunday to honor the fallen at Biloxi National Cemetery.

The cemetery is the final resting place for over 27,000 veterans and family members.

Leaders from Keeser Air Force Base spoke to those assembled and laid a ceremonial wreath to honor those laid to rest.
