City of Biloxi recognizes National Public Works Week

BILOXI, Miss. (WXXV)- During Tuesday’s Biloxi city council meeting, a proclamation declaring May 17 through the 23^rd as National Public Works Week was presented.

The city says public works employees are the backbone of infrastructure, facilities, and services vital to public health.

2026 marks the 66^th annual National Public Works Week, recognizing the contributions to health, safety, and quality of life.
