Klein Road closure extended in Gulfport

GULFPORT, Miss. (WXXV)- The City of Gulfport announced that Klein Road will remain closed throughout the week.

The closure runs from Three Rivers Road to Olivet Drive.

Crews are installing a sewer tap and work is expected to also finish by this Friday at 3 p.m.

The detour routes will be Three Rivers Road, Lavelle Drive, and Olivet Drive.

The city urges all residents to proceed with caution and follow all traffic markers in the area.
