Renovation work continues at Biloxi Yacht Club Clubhouse

BILOXI, Miss. (WXXV)- Biloxi Yacht Club officials have released a behind the scenes look on the work they’re doing to restore a historic Biloxi landmark which will serve as their new clubhouse.

The club shared pictures from inside the historic Old Biloxi Library on Lameuse Street.

Workers are removing 1980s era office walls and drop ceilings with the goal of returning the building to its 1920s glory.

The club reached an agreement with the City of Biloxi earlier this year to restore the building and use it at the club’s base of operations.
