Staigle’s Steakhouse team bringing new dining experience to Ocean Springs

OCEAN SPRINGS, Miss. (WXXV)- A new restaurant and speakeasy is opening in Ocean Springs, offering French-Cajun cuisine and craft cocktails.

The team behind Staigle’s Steakhouse in Wiggins is bringing its first Coast concept to the Roost Hotel.

The restaurant is called Maringouin. The unique business will have a locally inspired menu, Cajun cuisine with a touch of global inspired spices, a full-service bar, and a hidden speakeasy for a more intimate setting.

The restaurant will also cater to hotel guests, offering service through the property.

Maringouin will officially be open for business starting this Friday.
