Training Exercise at Keesler Air Force Base to bring increased activity this week

BILOXI, Miss. (WXXV)- A head’s up for those of you who live and work near Keesler Air Force Base.

You may notice an increase in activity around the installation starting Monday.

Base officials say a training exercise will be taking place all week long there.

There will be intermittent loudspeaker announcements and sirens, gate delays, disruption to certain on-base services, and the like.

If you hear or encounter any of these things, it’s only a drill.
