Shots Fired Gulfport

Shots fired in Gulfport early Sunday morning left one man in an area hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

According to the Gulfport Police Department, a fight took place in the parking lot of a kangaroo gas station on Highway 49 and 28th Street around 2:30 a.m. Sunday morning.
A gun shot was fired and an individual *not* involved in the fight was struck.
The shooting is still under investigation, anyone with information is asked to call the Gulfport Police Department.
