Christian Collegiate Academy’s Tahj Hill signs to next level

GULFPORT, Miss. — A big moment for Christian Collegiate Academy standout Tahj Hill, who has officially signed to continue his basketball career at Northern Essex Community College in Boston, Massachusetts.

During the 2023–2024 season, Hill played a key role in leading the Bulldogs to a South State Championship, earning All-District Tournament honors along the way. He followed that up in the 2024–2025 campaign with selections to the All-District Team and the MAIS All-Tournament Team, continuing to establish himself as one of the top players in the region.

This past season may have been his most impressive yet. Hill was named the MAIS 3-A District 4 Most Valuable Player, while also earning spots on the MAIS All-Tournament Team and the All-MAIS Team. His standout performances didn’t go unnoticed locally either, as he was recognized as a WXXV Student Athlete of the Week.

Beyond the accolades, Hill reached a major career milestone by surpassing 1,000 points, cementing his place among the top scorers in Mississippi. He averaged an impressive 24 points per game this season, making him one of the most dangerous offensive threats in the state.
