Blood drives happening across the Coast in May

The American Red Cross will be hosting a few blood drives in the month of May.

The first is set for May 21 as part of the Battle of the Badges. From 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., the civic center will be playing hosting to the event.

On May 26, the Biloxi Community Center will be hosting another blood drive. This drive running from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. that day.

Before you give blood, make sure to drink plenty of water and eat a good meal.
