Monday marked day two of Hurricane Preparedness Week in Mississippi just weeks before the start of the Atlantic season.
The topic is ‘prepare before hurricane season.’ Officials with MEMA say now is the time to get ready, before a storm threatens the Coast.
That means building emergency supply kits, reviewing insurance policies, and knowing your evacuation routes ahead of time.
