Crowds gathered in Downtown Gulfport for annual Chandyfest

GULFPORT, Miss. (WXXV)- It was a big turnout Sunday for Chandyfest at Chandeleur Island Brewing Company as crowds packed the festival for a full day of food, music, and community fun.

Visitors enjoyed the annual crawfish cook-off, live performances from regional artists, and special presentations connected to the Redfish World championship.

The event drew strong crowds throughout the day, with many coming out to support local businesses, and enjoy one of the Coast’s signature spring festivals.
