Moss Point educators recognized by Mississippi Department of Education

MOSS POINT, Miss. (WXXV)-The Moss Point School District shared two of their own were recognized by the State Department of Education.

Billy Carroll has been named as Administrator of the Year while Stephanie Mitchell is named the Teacher of the Year.

The school district says both earned the honors.

Superintendent Dr. Christopher Williams accompanied both to the event.

The school district says they are proud of these inspiring employees; their dedication ensures the success of students.
